I (Beckie) am the senior director, I oversee the running of all the settings and mentor and train all the staff. I have spent my whole career in childcare, since qualifying in 1996. I hold a level 5 in Childcare, a level 4 in SEND and I am the settings senior DSL

Molly is the active day to day director working directly with the staff, children and families. She is currently undergoing her degree in Early Years and holds a level 3 in Childcare.

Molly oversee's the safeguarding as the DSL

Both of us are OFSTED cleared, hold full enhanced DBS's as well as Safeguarding and First Aid.
